More women behind the wheel: a firm step towards equality

At Transportes Martín we believe that breaking down barriers is an everyday thing. That’s why we’re launching a new campaign to encourage more women to join the transport sector, with a video featuring two female drivers with more than 15 years’ experience, who share their story and their passion for the road. Because when they speak, they inspire. And the aim is to inspire and promote the figure of the woman driver in the transport sector.

This message is part of our new initiative, the Quality Circle, a space for dialogue in which we listen first-hand to the needs of our professionals, in order to improve their day-to-day lives: from changing rooms for women drivers to safety protocols and devices.

With this initiative and with a video that faithfully reflects our commitment and pioneering spirit, we have turned these voices into a campaign designed for social media, but above all, designed to change realities.
