Preventive driving training program
Within its comprehensive training plan that includes concepts of Quality, Environment, Protection, and Health, Transportes A. Martín, S.L. wishes to mark as a priority area the constant preparation and training of its drivers in concepts of Preventive Driving (BBS program) and Defensive Driving.
To this end, the company develops a training program consisting of improving the conditions under which the service is carried out by its employees and increasing safety during it, reducing the accident rate and improving the capacity and knowledge of its employees so that it represents a positive impact for the organization, its employees, clients, society, and the environment in general.
As complementary and also important objectives of these programs, there is the reduction of the impact of our activity on people and the environment around us, lowering consumption and making more effective use of resources, and reducing our emission levels.
The training program in preventive (BBS) and defensive driving includes both theoretical training sessions, practical training days, and observation and coaching for its drivers.
Additionally, the company has developed the necessary technical and human tools for measuring the efficiency of this program and for real-time monitoring of its employees’ performance in their driving tasks.
In the same way, throughout its entire organization, the company promotes the implementation of this type of programs among all its partners in the service chain, establishing the existence of these types of programs based on preventive behavior and their implementation as one of the criteria to consider for hiring or establishing alliances.
